Interface products provide a fibre optic to electronic interface between the outside world and a customer’s equipment.   The interface can be via an optical connector on the customer’s front panel or via an internal connection to the customer’s PCB

Examples of Interface products include

  • Fibre pigtailed laser diodes, LEDS, APDs, photodiodes in industry standard and custom packaging
  • Multiple combinations of devices :- pulsed laser combiners for OTDR, RGB combiners for display and medical applications, bidirectional modules for datacoms and video
  • Universal detector and connector adaptor systems for test and measurement
  • Replacements for obsolete parts including Zarlink, Honeywell and Sumitomo
